1. Company Information

Good Clean is a mobile car detailing service at 22 Pairc Na Saile, Arklow, Co. Wicklow, Y14 D681, Ireland.

2. Booking & Acceptance

By booking — via SMS, WhatsApp, Instagram or Booksy — you confirm you have read and agreed to these Terms. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of confirmation from Good Clean.

3. Payment

Payment is due in full on completion. Prices may be adjusted if the vehicle is excessively dirty, contains heavy pet hair, biological waste, or the scope is materially different from what was described. You will always be informed before any additional work begins.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee. No-shows may be charged in full. Good Clean may reschedule due to adverse weather, equipment failure, or staff illness — we will notify you promptly and offer the next available slot.

5. Service Location & Access

We carry our own water tank and generator — no access to your water or electricity required. You are responsible for ensuring car washing is permitted at the chosen location. Good Clean accepts no liability for fines or disputes arising from breach of local rules.

6. Noise, Water & Surroundings

Our generator produces some noise. Water and foam may run off onto surrounding ground. Advise us before the service if you have concerns about nearby surfaces.

7. Engine Bay Cleaning

Carried out entirely at the customer's own risk. Good Clean accepts no liability for any damage or faults arising from engine bay cleaning.

8. Pre-Existing Damage

We photograph vehicles before starting. We accept no liability for pre-existing damage.

9. Personal Belongings

Please remove all valuables, cash and documents before the service. Good Clean accepts no responsibility for loss of items left in the vehicle.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Not liable for damage caused by pre-existing faults or undisclosed fragile surfaces
• Not liable for indirect or consequential losses
• Maximum liability limited to the value of the service paid

11. Photography & Marketing

We may photograph/video vehicles for social media. No identifying personal information included. Let us know before the service if you prefer your vehicle not to be featured.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes subject to Irish court jurisdiction.
